- 1 refrigerated pizza dough store bought or homemade
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 5 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prep a cookie sheet or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- On a clean surface, roll the pizza dough into a long rope shape, about 1-inch thick.
- Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into 1-inch bite sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
- Using a pastry brush, brush each bread bite with the garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake.
- Remove from oven and brush again with garlic butter and more parmesan cheese.
- Serve with marinara sauce or enjoy on their own. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
Add a spicy kick by adding red pepper flakes to the garlic butter!
