Preheat oven to 375°F. Prep a cookie sheet or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
On a clean surface, roll the pizza dough into a long rope shape, about 1-inch thick.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into 1-inch bite sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Using a pastry brush, brush each bread bite with the garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake.
Remove from oven and brush again with garlic butter and more parmesan cheese.
Serve with marinara sauce or enjoy on their own. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
Add a spicy kick by adding red pepper flakes to the garlic butter!
