- 2 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Zucchini sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper sliced
- ½ cup Red onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add paprika, thyme, and oregano. Stir to combine.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss everything together.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
