Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Add paprika, thyme, and oregano. Stir to combine.
Return chicken to skillet and toss everything together.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
