This super quick and flavorful honey garlic chicken comes together in 15 minutes for a perfect weeknight comfort meal bursting with sweet and sticky sauce.
1 ½poundsboneless skinless chicken breastscut into ½ inch cubes

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add cubed chicken, season lightly with salt and pepper. Brown one side for 3-4 minutes.
Turn chicken. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Add the sauce to pan and toss chicken. Cook until done, about 4-5 minutes more.
Transfer to pressure cooker, seal, cook at pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release, open, stir, and serve with toppings of your choice.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice, cauliflower rice or noodles. Add extra sauce or thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and lime.
