  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well to form a marinade.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Coat each chicken breast evenly with the marinade, ensuring all sides are covered.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to allow for even cooking.
  • Cook the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes. Flip the chicken halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. The chicken should reach 165°F (75°C) for safe consumption.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
