Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter Optional, for serving.
  • fresh herbs Such as parsley or cilantro, optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer is heating, shuck the corn, removing the husks and silk. Break the corn in half if needed, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and black pepper together.
  • Use a basting brush to coat each ear of corn evenly with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
  • Cook the corn in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • Once cooked, remove the corn from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly. If desired, add a pat of butter on each ear and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings by adding garlic powder, paprika, or your favorite spices to the olive oil mixture for extra flavor.
For added sweetness, try adding a sprinkle of sugar along with salt before cooking.
