Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
  • If using, fold in any optional ingredients like herbs, cheese, or vegetables into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into silicone muffin cups or ramekins, filling them about ¾ full.
  • Place the filled cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.
  • Cook the eggs in the air fryer at 270°F (130°C) for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggle.
  • Carefully remove the cups from the air fryer using tongs or an oven mitt. Let them sit for a minute or two before serving.

Notes

Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model; check the eggs at around 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
