  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Korean hot pepper powder
  • 3 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 to 10 Chicken thighs boneless, skinless

  • In a bowl, mix gochujang, gochugaru, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken thighs and toss until fully coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and line the basket with parchment paper.
  • Place chicken thighs in the basket in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken rest after air frying so the juices redistribute. Serve with rice or vegetables for a full meal. Leftovers store well in the fridge or freezer for easy meal prep.
