Ingredients
  

  • 9 oz frozen cheese ravioli Approx. 36 pieces.
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, place the all-purpose flour.
  • Take each frozen ravioli and coat it first in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to ensure the coating adheres well.
  • Arrange the coated ravioli bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded; you may need to do this in batches.
  • Lightly spray the ravioli with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil to help them crisp up during cooking.
  • Air fry the ravioli bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or a garlic dipping sauce for added flavor.
