Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup crumbled bacon (about 6 strips)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • to taste salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, halved grapes, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

You can customize this salad by adding sunflower seeds or using different types of cheese.
