  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cake flour or all-purpose flour

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream the butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze them for up to 1 month. Bring to room temperature before serving again.
