Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove it from the skillet and crumble it once cooled.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, ¼ cup of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread the remaining ¼ cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Place the loaf pan on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Once cooked, take the meatloaf out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
