Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium ripe pears
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled Can substitute with goat cheese for a different flavor.
  • ½ cup honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • fresh mint leaves For garnish, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash the pears thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the cores using a spoon or melon baller.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the cut sides of the pears and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Place the pears cut side up in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese and dried cranberries together.
  • Spoon the feta and cranberry mixture into the hollowed centers of the pears.
  • Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears, ensuring each half is coated.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to keep the moisture in and place it in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the pears are tender and the cheese is slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.

Notes

You can substitute feta cheese with goat cheese for a different flavor.
Serve the baked pears warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent dessert.
Adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
