Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
  • In the same skillet used for the shrimp, add the cooked linguine. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add the cooked shrimp to the pasta and toss gently to combine.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro, if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra spice, you can increase the amount of sriracha.
If you prefer a lighter sauce, you can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
