Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti or fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with salt and pepper to season.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix well to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • In the skillet (off the heat), add the cooked pasta to the shrimp. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • Plate the Bang Bang shrimp pasta and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
  • Feel free to adjust the spiciness of the sauce by increasing or decreasing the amount of sriracha.
