In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the whisked eggs evenly over the cheese layer on the pizza.
Bake the assembled breakfast pizza in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then slice and serve warm.
