Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 6 slices bacon Cook until crispy.
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the mixed salad greens and toss them lightly.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blackberries, blue cheese, and chopped walnuts into the greens.
  • Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly.
  • Divide the salad among four plates and top each serving with the crumbled bacon.
