  • 1 parchment paper or aluminum foil
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning for seasoning the salmon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ½ stick
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season each fillet with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the honey butter mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
