- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat if necessary.
