Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken for added convenience.
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste none salt and pepper
  • for garnish none fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  • Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring until melted and well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for added convenience.
Feel free to add vegetables such as peas or spinach for extra nutrition.
For a spicier kick, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes.
