  • 1 measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 count slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Additional olive oil for brushing is optional.

  • to taste pepper
  • optional sliced green onions For garnish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Stir in the crumbled bacon and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined and heated through (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the slider buns in a baking dish. If they are whole, slice them in half to create the bottom and top halves.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders and brush lightly with additional olive oil if desired for extra crispiness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Slice the sliders into individual portions and serve warm.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
Feel free to substitute the ranch dressing with your favorite dip or sauce for a different flavor.
These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving for convenience.
