Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds.
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice About 1 lemon.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste amount fresh parsley For garnish (optional).

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with your favorite sides.
