Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds total.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon Juiced.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or rub the olive oil mixture evenly over both sides of each breast.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the olive oil mix for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Serve with your favorite vegetables or grains for a complete meal.
Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and is great for salads or wraps.
