  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice About 1 lemon.
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon zest Zest of 1 lemon.

Instructions

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

Feel free to customize the herbs based on your preference; thyme and rosemary work well too.
