Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded About 1 pound.
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup croutons For added crunch.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut each croissant in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Lightly toast the croissants in the oven for about 5 minutes or until they are warm and slightly crispy.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove the croissants from the oven. On the bottom half of each croissant, layer a portion of the Caesar chicken mixture.
  • Top with chopped romaine lettuce and a sprinkle of croutons for added crunch.
  • Place the top half of the croissant over the filling and gently press down.

Notes

Feel free to add more toppings like tomatoes or avocado for extra flavor.
You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
