  • 4 large flour tortillas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded About 2 large breasts.
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup croutons, crushed Optional for added crunch.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.
  • If using, gently fold in the crushed croutons for added crunch.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the lower half of the tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, then roll it from the bottom up to form a tight wrap.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Remove from the skillet, slice in half (if desired), and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, you can grill or pan-sear the chicken with your choice of herbs and spices before shredding it. Feel free to customize the wrap by adding toppings like sliced tomatoes or avocado.
