Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • optional toppings lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, pickles, mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • While the patties are cooking, toast the slider buns on the grill or in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown.
  • Once cooked, place each chicken patty on a slider bun and add your desired toppings.
  • Serve the sliders immediately while warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize your sliders with different sauces or toppings based on your taste preferences.
You can make the patties in advance and refrigerate them until you're ready to cook for a quicker meal.
