  • 1 spoon or spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix 18 oz.
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  • If desired, add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring to evenly distribute.
  • Using a spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie to allow for spreading.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly cracked.
  • Remove from the oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • For added flavor, you can mix in nuts or additional candies to the dough.
  • Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh for several days.
