- 8 ounces brie cheese Cut into 12 small pieces
- ½ cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade
- 1 egg beaten egg For egg wash

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet. Cut it into 12 equal squares (approximately 3x3 inches).
Place a square of puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Top each square with a piece of brie cheese and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
