Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries Chopped if large.
  • ½ cup onion Finely chopped.
  • ½ cup celery Finely chopped.
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg Beaten.
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared stuffing mix, chopped cranberries, onion, celery, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the beaten egg and chicken broth to the mixture. Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything until just combined; do not overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the turkey stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
