- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
