Equipment

  • 1 Large pot
  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Cooking spoon
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, boil water and add a pinch of salt. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine, allowing the cheese to melt and the sauce to thicken. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the creamy sauce and ground beef mixture.
  • Place the creamy ground beef Alfredo pasta on plates and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add vegetables like peas or spinach for added nutrition.
Adjust the thickness of your Alfredo sauce by adding more cream or cheese to taste.
