Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey) Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • 1 can (15 ounces) sweet corn Drained.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until it is browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional minute to release the flavors.
  • Add the drained sweet corn to the skillet, mixing it in with the beef.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and ranch dressing, stirring to combine. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cooked bowtie pasta and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for more nutrition.
This dish can also be prepared ahead of time and reheated when ready to serve.
