- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
