Crock Pot Sweet Hawaiian Chicken: Pressure Cooker Style
Juicy chicken cooked in a sticky sweet sauce with pineapple and peppers in the crock pot — classic Hawaiian flavors in a pressure cooker-friendly recipe that's easy and flavorful.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Pour sauce mixture over the chicken and veggies.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Stir gently before serving. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For best flavor, don’t skip the pineapple juice. You can prep the sauce the night before to save time. Serve hot over white rice and store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
