Instructions

Instructions

  • Place brownie bites neatly on your serving tray or plate, spaced so they don’t smoosh each other.
  • Spoon the white frosting into your piping bag or plastic sandwich bag with a tiny tip cut off for control.
  • Pipe a small amount of frosting on top of each brownie to make the gnome’s beard, letting it trail down one side just like a real beard.
  • Place an upside-down strawberry gently on top of the frosting as the gnome hat.
  • Use a little dot of frosting to attach a red or pink Skittle or M&M under the strawberry to act as the nose.
  • Chill the tray in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to allow frosting to set, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

These brownie bite gnomes are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. Add optional sprinkles for extra fun!
