  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 4 Serving bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs.
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 packs ramen noodles Without seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste Adjust to taste.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 piece green onion Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Optional for garnish.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving some broth.
  • While the noodles are cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a medium skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the chili paste, heavy cream, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk together until smooth and heat through, about 2-3 minutes. Adjust the spiciness by adding more chili paste if desired.
  • Slice the cooked chicken into strips. Divide the ramen noodles among 4 serving bowls, ladle the creamy garlic sauce over the noodles, and top with slices of chicken.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds, if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra fiery kick, consider adding sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables like bok choy or snap peas.
You can substitute chicken breasts with thighs for a juicier option. Enjoy the bold flavors of this delicious ramen!
