- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Softened
- 2 cloves garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices cheddar cheese Or your preferred cheese

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper until well combined.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place two slices of bread buttered-side down in the skillet.
Layer two slices of cheese on top of each of the bread slices in the skillet.
Top the cheese with the remaining two slices of bread, buttered-side up.
