1 large skillet

1 measuring spoons
1 cutting board
1 spatula
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized chunks.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic Minced.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs Or fresh herbs if available.
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
- Lemon wedges for serving Optional.
Start by preparing the chicken. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Toss to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add 2 tablespoons of the unsalted butter. Allow it to melt and bubble, but not brown.
Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic to the skillet. Stir everything together, allowing the garlic to cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Once the garlic is aromatic, remove the skillet from the heat. Toss the chicken bites in the garlic butter sauce, ensuring they are fully coated.
Transfer the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the seasoning for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
These chicken bites can be served with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
