Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated in the garlic butter mixture.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.

Notes

For a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
You can serve this dish over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the flavors.
