Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup softened butter (½ stick)
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried parsley (if using), salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to combine.
  • In another bowl, melt the softened butter. Brush the melted butter over each chicken breast to coat them.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the mixture onto the chicken to ensure it sticks well.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, feel free to marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, or herbs before applying the garlic and Parmesan coating.
Serve with a side of pasta or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
