- 1 pound pizza dough for the crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced about 2 medium chicken breasts
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- to taste black pepper
- fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle or rectangle, depending on your preference. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or a heated pizza stone.
Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil to enhance the flavor and create a crispy crust.
Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing.
Evenly distribute the diced cooked chicken and crumbled bacon on top of the cheese layer.
Add the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
Sprinkle oregano and a pinch of black pepper over the entire pizza for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then slice and serve.
You can customize this pizza by adding vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor and nutrition.
Substitute ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a different taste.
For a spicier kick, add some jalapeños or red pepper flakes before baking.
