- 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each.
- 1 cup fresh pineapple diced.
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the honey mixture over the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.
Scatter the diced pineapple over the top of the salmon fillets.
