Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup hot honey store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use an electric mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, hot honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the edges are bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm with crackers, fresh vegetables, or bread.

Notes

For an extra kick, you can add chopped jalapeños to the dip mixture before baking.
If you prefer a milder version, reduce the amount of hot honey.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, then baked just before serving.
