- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup hot honey store-bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped green onions for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use an electric mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, hot honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the edges are bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve warm with crackers, fresh vegetables, or bread.
For an extra kick, you can add chopped jalapeños to the dip mixture before baking.
If you prefer a milder version, reduce the amount of hot honey.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, then baked just before serving.
