In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cooked bacon to the beef mixture. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and bacon mixture with shredded cheese, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Take a tortilla and place a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Place the taquitos seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, or cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove taquitos from the oven or air fryer. Serve warm with salsa on the side.
