Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor and moisture.
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven, or if desired, place it on a baking sheet to catch any drippings.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
