Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup minced garlic About 4-5 cloves.
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup ketchup For topping.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, milk, minced garlic, egg, parsley, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and evenly shape it into a loaf.
  • Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor and moisture.
  • Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven, or if desired, place it on a baking sheet to catch any drippings.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can mix in some diced onions or bell peppers.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
