Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the pre-made chocolate cookie pie crust, spreading it evenly with a rubber spatula.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
Once set, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the pie and then drizzle with the additional 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
