- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups carrots, sliced About 4 medium carrots.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary Optional.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets and sliced carrots.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme or rosemary (if using) on top. Toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper (optional). Spread the coated broccoli and carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet.
