Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, and fish chunks. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss gently to coat and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but do not brown it.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Pour the garlic cream sauce over the seafood mixture in the mixing bowl and gently stir to combine.
Transfer the seafood mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil (if desired) to enhance the crispiness. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the seafood.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
After removing from the oven, let it cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
